Welcome! My name is Kelleen Griffin - mentor, facilitator and speaker.

I help people love their work and work well together, so they can make a greater impact in the world. Hailed a “change master”, I have helped hundreds of individuals shift their relationship with work from a duty and an obligation to a deeply fulfilling and prosperous enterprise. Likewise, I’ve also helped many mission-driven companies transform their people issues into productive, peaceful collaborations. Let’s face it, people are brilliant and messy. Blending management and leadership principles with Indigenous wisdom and storytelling, my pioneering approach brings out the brilliance in people to unlock business performance and minimize the mess!

I’m a former CPA who specialized in mergers and acquisitions on Wall Street where I ‘discovered’ just how messy humans could be! I’m a professional public speaker and I’ve lived, worked and traveled all over the world, 22 countries and counting.
