"Kelleen helped us make better decisions. One attribute I appreciated a lot about Kelleen is her willingness to take personal ownership when things go awry. In her old role, we were about to sever our relationship because of a long series of service breakdowns with others on the team. Kelleen recognized the problems, committed to fixing them personally --- then did exactly that for us. We'd work with her again in a heartbeat."

EQ Diagnostics:  EQ in Action Profile

  • For You - The EQ in Action profile is a 45 minute online interactive assessment.  With a high speed connection, you will view 8 short videos, after each one, you will be asked about 40 questions.  Because each of the 8 situations is difficult, the questions you will be asked will also be difficult.  (For those fans of the original Star Trek series, there is a simulation called the Kobiyachi Maru - a no-win situation that tests leadership.  This profile is similar.)  You will receive your report within a few days.  The report is 20 -23 pages long and designed to explain the questions and your answers in detail.  However, the most important part of the process is the hour and a half consultation we will schedule to discuss your unique data.  It is during this phase that you will begin to develop a roadmap for yourself, as you integrate the knowledge gained from your profile.
  • For Your Team - Team profiles are a necessity, not a 'nice to have'.  It is essential that leaders understand the strengths and weaknesses of each member of their team.  A team with highly developed EQ capacities, that leader has a full toolkit and a  competitive advantage. With awareness, underdeveloped EQ capacities can be mitigated by team structure, role definition, and Executive Coaching, what we call, Elite EQ Support.  Team Diagnostics can be performed anonymously and include graphical representations of the group's dominant relational styles.

Whether you are hiring and building a team or working within an existing team, awareness of inherent inter- and intra-personal skills is a key critical success factor. Boeing, Microsoft, and 3M all use this assessment, and that's the short list.
