Change ~

Everything changes.

Take careers, for instance.  The word 'career' is a by-product of the Babyboomer era. Back in the day, career meant safety, security. It also meant constraint, limitation. Back then a little safety and security in exchange for some constraint seemed like a good deal. Not anymore. Safe jobs are going away.  And, even if they weren't, too many of us are just not psychologically or emotionally attuned to corporate America's vibe.  It's out of alignment. Time for change.

And not just at work.  Our relationships, communities, families, and our own inner experience, all need our immediate attention.

My approach to coaching and mentoring helps you become more flexible, more courageous, more open, and more fearless. Change is only challenging when we are rigid.
